and haul it away.
- Cleaning
to a white-glove finish,
including shampooing the carpets, cleaning the ovens, dusting for
cobwebs, bathrooms, windows, etc.
- Lawn
maintenance,
this includes trimming hedges, removing brush and limbs, weed
eating, etc.
- We
also provide regular
lawn upkeep
after the initial cleanup.
- We
do repairs
that might need to be done, such as repairing sheet rock, boarding
up or fixing broken windows and doors, etc.
- Painting
of the property inside and out.
- Lock
changes
to secure the property.
- We
document
all services with digital photos ( digital video if you ask for
them.)
- We
