I originally hired Deanna, D&D Taking Out The Trash a couple of years ago to help with my fathers house when he got to a point him and I could no longer keep up with his housekeeping. Deanna first impressed me with her choice to use more natural cleaning solutions that cleaned and disinfected very well without the worry strong irritants on my fathers health. She did such a good job and relieved us of so much of the drudgery of house keeping that I hired her to take care of my house also and have never regretted that decision. Deanna also introduced us to her brother Bill who does an exceptional job of taking care of all our yard work with special attention to the details. They have both earned my sincere trust.

The Quality of cleaning standards we adhere to:
- Control floor appearance by vacuuming and or sweeping them.
- Mop hard surface floors.
- Dust and clean horizontal surfaces (cleared surfaces of desks, chairs, tables, furniture)
- We use natural products to clean with like baking soda, white vinegar and steam.
- Remove smudges around doorjambs, push plates, light switches, counters.
- Restrooms:
Thoroughly clean and mop with steam. Clean mirrors,
urinal (if you have one), toilets, sinks, tub, shower.
- Remove soil on entrance door frames, handles, glass and threshold.
- Sweep surface of immediate exterior entry areas.
- Leave your home in a neat orderly fashion.
- Report any unusual occurrences, malfunctions or damages.
For the initial deep clean, these are the things that we do:
- Everything we would do on a weekly cleaning-plus these things.
- Wash the inside of the windows.
- Wipe the outside of the kitchen cabinets.
- Clean the inside of the stove/oven and the fridge.
- Vacuum under the cushions of the sofa.
- This will take longer to finish, we are doing more the first time at your home.
When we come for the regular cleanings , these are the things that we would do: - Pick up the clutter in each room.
- Dust and vacuum in each room.
- Bathroom: Clean the sink, tub/shower, toilet, counter tops, sweep and mop the floor.
- Kitchen: Clean the counter tops, sink, stove/oven, wipe the outside of the cabinets, sweep and mop the floor.
If we come more than once a week, these are the things that we would do on the light days: - Living room and bedroom(s): Pick up clutter.
- Bathroom(s): Clean the sink and counter tops.
- Kitchen: Clean the sink and the counter top, clean the top of the stove.
- This would be the day that extra things and special projects would be done.
