Here is the list that might help you:
Screws-so that you can fix things if needed.
Nails-different sizes for different projects.
Duct tape-this is great for taping off where the dryer vent hose is to keep bugs and things out.
Rv anti freeze-this is pink, it is non toxic, used for winterizing a property.
Lock sets-both the handle locks and dead bolts, for securing the property.
Lock boxes-like the ones that real estate agents use for the keys. Others need to get in to maintain the property, this is one reason among others for the lock boxes.
Trash bags-contractors grade they are stronger, hold more debris in them and do not ripe.
Bolts and nuts-to repair things with, if needed.
Plywood- used for boarding up windows and sliding glass doors, if the window or sliding glass door is broken.
2x4's-are also used in the repair of the broken windows and sliding glass doors.
Carriage bolt 6,8,10 (how long they are.)- these also are used in the boarding up of widows and sliding glass doors.
Padlocks-for securing all out buildings.
Hasps-for are used when securing the out buildings ( the pad lock go through the hasps and things are secure.)
Ammonia-for doing the maid services.
Oven cleaner-we all know what that is for.
Paper towels-to help with the maid services.
Scrub brushes-different sizes to get into different areas from small to large.
Toilet bowl brush
Cleaning supplies
Light bulbs-to replace missing or ones that are not working.
Air fresheners-empty houses can get smelling bad. If food has been left behind and it smell. They come in handy to keep the house smelling good.
Sheets of plywood 1/2" and 3/4"- 1/2" is for boarding up windows. 3/4" is for boarding up sliding glass doors and for other kinds of doors that might be broken and you need the house secured.
