A computer so that you can turn in your reports.

They will let you know what kind of photos that you need. They may be different for each kind of inspection that you are doing. Do not forget to take a photo of the property address on the house or curb this will help keep the photos separated for each property. When you turn in your report, they know by the address on the photo that you are at the right place.
