Hauling away, cleaning the house and painting it for it to be sold

Working with a family that had lost a loved one, to help them get the house on the market to sell it.

We hauled away the things that were left that the family and friends did not want.

We cleaned the house from top to bottom.

Here are some of the things to be removed from the home before it can be cleaned.

Cleaning out the kitchen cabinets, inside and out.

Washing the really tall walls and the ceiling in all the rooms to get ready to paint.

Painting the walls in the kitchen and family room area. They are a light color so that most people will like it. Two walls are this color the rest are white. It adds some color to this home without doing to much. You can see this wall color from the front door so it draws you right in.  Painted all the walls and ceilings in the house.  It is ready for people to move right in.

It was a lot of work but it was worth the time and effort that was put into it. 

They had three offers in two days, not bad.
